Established in 2015, our history goes back to 1988 when Hernando Melendez got his first job as a window cleaner in Maryland state
Soon after getting his first job, Hernando could proudly say he had worked in every major building in Maryland state including the Supreme Court, The Capitol, Dulles and Reagan airports and hundreds of other building in the state
In 2007, while working for Kevco Building Services Inc, Hernando was interviewed and featured in The Washington Post and The Insider in articles titled"Hangin' With a High-Rise Window Washer".In these articles, Hernando talked about the challanges, joys and dangers of working in the cleaning services industry

A new beginning
In 2015, with 27 years of experience working in the cleaning services industry we decided to open up a new business where we could offer cleaning services and continue to do what we love
Nice and Clean Solutions LLC was established to provide our surrounding communities with high quality cleaning services. We pride ourself in our work and services we provide.
